When you look for accommodations for a trip to Bryce Canyon National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, make Escalante Valley’s Slot Canyons Inn your first choice. We are located halfway between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef on Utah’s Scenic Byway 12, an All-American Road considered one of the most ruggedly beautiful routes in the country. Grand Staircase-Escalante is only minutes away.
In addition to these major scenic locations, our Escalante Valley bed and breakfast is also near some lesser-known scenery, including our own 160-acre property. Our grounds are home to a two-tiered waterfall, a private canyon, Indian ruins and petroglyphs. Within close proximity of our picturesque Escalante Valley location is Escalante State Park. The park features nature trails appropriate for all ages and ability levels that meander through petrified forests and dinosaur fossils. Other favorite hikes in the area are Lower Calf Creek Falls, the Escalante River Gorge, and Devils Garden.
One of the most exquisite lodging providers in Escalante Valley, Slot Canyons Inn features eight well-appointed suites and a historic, restored cabin that offer amenities that include fireplaces, patios, TVs, DVD players, and jetted tubs. The Isaac Riddle Cabin boasts all of the comforts of home, including a washer, a dryer, a full kitchen, and a covered deck that is a perfect place to unwind after a day on the trail. At Slot Canyons Inn, we will do our best to be your home away from home while you visit the scenery of the Escalante Valley area and beyond.
