Designated an All-American Road by the Federal Highway Administration, Scenic Byway 12 is a destination unto itself with one-of-a-kind scenery throughout its entire 124-mile length. Few byways achieve All-American Road status, making Scenic Byway 12 extremely special. Beginning just south of Panguitch and ending in Torrey, Scenic Byway 12 winds past a variety of landscapes, including red rock cliffs, slickrock canyons, pine and aspen forests, state parks and charming Utah towns. The route offers numerous pullouts where drivers can relax and enjoy the scenery and take photographs of panoramic vistas.
