Owners and Chefs Adam and Kristen Rex take a lot of pride in their restaurant. Adam built the restaurant himself in 2010. Together they strive to provide the best service and highest quality food including their own grass fed beef raised on the Rex Ranch. Adam loves to cook and Kristen uses only the freshest local ingredients they can find. You can see them at the oven every night making sure our guests are offered the best in local dining.
